If you like barbell training, or want to learn how to train with barbells, CROSSTOPIA is for you! Our goal is to help you with mobility, teach you how to engage your core, instruct the fundamentals of squats, deadlifts, presses and Olympic lifts in a safe and controlled environment. Classes are designed so that you can come as many days a week as fits your schedule and you will work on different movements. Most importantly, mobility is our focus and technique is our necessity.
Founder Whitney Burdzilauskas is a Level 2 USAT Triathlon Coach, ACE personal trainer and CrossFit Level 1. She has created this class to fill a void for a comprehensive strength training routine that can be utilized by both endurance athletes and those looking for an affordable, more athletic based strength training routine. Crosstopia classes get rid of the fluff and replace it with movement patterns that create functional strength and power.
