Caleb Mickshl


Caleb is our head trainer and resident Olympic lifting/Power lifting coach.  He has a niche with barbell training and  has an upbeat  personality. Caleb works with all levels of clients including a group of ladies (grandmas with guns) who are in their 80s and 90's.

Holly Semler


Holly Semler brings her background of pilates and group strength to the Fitness Lab.  She is a people person and has an infectious energy to compliment her fitness industry experience.

Daniel Rasch


Daniel hails from Germany and specializes in working with all levels of fitness.  He has a background in soccer and triathlon and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to The Fitness Lab.
