Whitney is a USA Triathlon Level 2 Endurance Coach, 3 Time Kona Qualifier and Ironman All World Gold Athlete. Whitney specializes in long course racing, training with power and strength training for athletes. She coaches all levels of athletes.
Cyndi is an Ironman Certified Coach, 1 x Kona Qualifier, Multiple Ironman Finishes/Podiums, 12 time Boston Qualifier, and Ironman All World Gold Athlete. Cyndi coaches all levels of athletes.
Ashley is a USA Triathlon Certified Level 1 Coach, 3 Time Boston Marathon Qualifier. Ashley specializes in coaching beginner to intermediate athletes.
Joe is a USA Triathlon Certified Level 1 Coach. has completed multiple Ironmans and specializes in coaching beginner triathletes.
